Saleh Tabakh
Saleh Tabakh, Founder and CEO of Andalusia Group, brings over 20 years of experience in real estate across the UAE and KSA. Born in Aleppo, holds degrees in entrepreneurship, risk management, and business development from UK universities.
Recognized as Dubai’s youngest developer by Khaleej Times, Saleh has led over AED 2 billion in real estate sales and managed 40,000+ residential units . His notable projects include Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), Business Bay, The Villa, Shorooq Mirdiff, Ghoroob Mirdiff, Al Khail Gate, The Atria, Living Legends, Polo Residence at Meydan, Mag 318 - Business Bay - Dubai, and Mag City Meydan. In addition, he has spearheaded developments such as Maya Townhouses, Andalusia Courtyard Mall, Maya Luxury Collection, and Bottega Residences, with a combined value exceeding AED 1.5 billion.
In 2024, Saleh became the first Syrian to be knighted by Parte Guelfa , one of Italy's oldest and most prestigious chivalric orders, dating back to the 13th century.
Saleh has also provided consultancy on major regional projects such as Al Marjan Island and Jabal Omar and served as a GLG Council Member , offering expert insights on real estate development across the MENA region.
